Need help with the payments?
Maybe you simply need some help in choosing the best way to pay for your transfer, based on your needs. Here you will find all you need to know.
We accept:
Credit card
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, American Express and all main cards
PayPal
payments with an account or with credit card without an account.
Cash to the driver
Pay exclusively using cash on the day, directly to the driver.

Credit Card
You can use your credit or debit card to pay for the transfer. The payment is provided outside our website on a secure server, this means we do not store your payment information in any way.

Pay on the secure SumUp server
We kindly ask you to wait until the server returns a response. In the unlikely event you get stuck on a blank page for more than 30seconds, there might be an issue with the connection or with the service provider. Wait at least 10 min before trying again.
Wait for the payment to be processed
IMPORTANT NOTE!
If the payment is rejected or fails please:
1. Contact your bank to be sure they allow the charge
2. check you inserted the correct number, expiry date and verification code
3. check the limits of your card for transactions in another country
If you are still unable to pay, contact us,
we'll reset your payment method
and you will be able to change it to driver or paypal.
PayPal
If you have a paypal account you can use it to pay for your transfer. However PayPal allows customer to pay with their credit card even if they do not have a PayPal account. See below how it works.

Cash to the driver
If you don't have a credit card, or you do not want to pay in advance, you can select pay to the driver. This way you won't be charged and you will be able to pay on the day in cash.

We will need a valid credit card to secure your booking. When chosing to pay to the driver you authorize the servce provider to use the credit card to charge a no show or cancellation fee. Please see our cancellation policy.
